ORDER PLACEMENT / CONTRACT AGREEMENT
The right to place an Order is granted to any Customer / Buyer.

By placing an Order on the inktalesletterpress.com website, the Customer agrees to the form of communication (e-mail) by which INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. carries out its operations on the Website.
The contract shall be deemed to conclude between the Seller and the Customer upon receipt of the Order confirmation notification sent via e-mail by INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. Therefore, the Contract comes into force upon confirmation of the Order by the Seller.
The Seller never considers an unconfirmed Order as having the value of a Contract.
Any information used to describe the Products and / or Services available on the Website (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller and is used for presentation purposes only.
The Seller reserves the right to decide, unilaterally and without giving any reason, whether or not to conclude a contract. The Seller shall have no liability to the Customer upon a rejected order.
Insofar as the Seller does not accept the order, but the money has been withdrawn from the Customer, the Seller shall proceed with the refund as soon as possible.
PRICING POLICY
All prices for the Products and / or Services displayed on inktalesletterpress.com are expressed in LEI (RON), but do not include delivery costs.
Product prices may be changed / updated at any time by INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. without prior notice.
The Product and / or Service prices displayed on the website are the final purchase prices unless there is an obvious error. Although the Seller takes care to ensure the Customer that all prices indicated on the Website are correct, errors may occur. If INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. discovers an error in the price of the Products and / or Services upon receiving an order, it will inform the Customer as soon as possible and will submit the option of cancelling or reconfirming the order at the correct price.
Promotions / offers on the Website are valid for a specific period and are subject to availability.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. offers international shipping and the products are delivered by a courier company to the address of the Customer.
The delivery time for customised and made-to-order products is between 5 and 20 working days, including the production and / or execution period.
However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as customisation of products, unforeseen circumstances or delivery zone.
If INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. considers that due to the complexity of the order it cannot be executed within the above-mentioned deadline, the Service Provider will contact the Customer to agree on another delivery time if possible.
The Customer will get a notification from the Seller regarding the tracking number of the parcel after the product has been handed over to the courier company.
From the moment the parcel is dispatched, the products should be delivered in Romania within 1-2 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and busy periods).
All transportation charges and special packaging shall be paid by the Customer.
The standard delivery cost within Romania is 25 LEI and it is free of charge if the order value exceeds 700 LEI.

The Seller will ensure proper packaging of the Products.
Due to the legislation in force, INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. does not assume any responsibility for: delays in delivery due to the transport service provider; damage, destruction, or losses during transport to the consignee.
INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. reserves all rights to change the delivery time.
PAYMENT METHOD
Online payment by credit card: Payment can be made online with your card in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under VISA and MASTERCARD logos.
No additional fees are charged for transactions. The Customer's / User's / Purchaser's payment card data will not be accessible, nor will it be stored by the Seller.
Payment by bank transfer (payment order): Payment by bank transfer (payment order) is only made based on the invoice issued by INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L., sent by e-mail by the Seller.
The order will be processed and the Products and / or Services will be delivered after the payment confirmation.
Link2Pay: Payment via Link2Pay can be made online with a credit / debit card, by accessing the link in the e-mail that contains the invoice. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under VISA and MASTERCARD logos.
Payment for customised and made-to-order products shall be made in advance after the approval of the digital design sent to the Customer.
Payments / Transactions shall be made in LEI (RON), at the value displayed in LEI (RON), regardless of the payment method.
RETURN POLICY
Customised and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
According to the legislation in force, the right of withdrawal is only applicable to natural persons.
The Customer has the right to notify INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. in writing, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product, that he / she wants to resign from the purchase.
The cost of the return will be paid by the Customer.
According to OUG nr. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c, customised and made-to-order products cannot be returned.
If the products are not custom-made, they must be returned in the same condition, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied them (invoice, etc.). The returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received: undamaged, without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L.

PRODUSE ŞI SERVICII – orice produs sau serviciu care este oferit clientului în vederea achiziţionării, contra cost, prin intermediul website-ului inktalesletterpress.com.
CONT – ansamblul format dintr-o adresă de e-mail şi o parolă care permit unui singur utilizator accesul la site prin care se face accesul la produse şi servicii.
COMANDĂ – achiziţionarea de către utilizator prin intermediul website-ului a unui sau mai multor produse şi servicii, în condiţiile prevăzute în prezentul document şi / sau agreate cu INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. printr-un mijloc de comunicare la distanţă.
CONTRACT – conform definiţiei cuprinse în O.G. nr. 130/2000 art. 2 lit. a.: contractul de furnizare de produse sau servicii încheiat între un comerciant şi un consumator, în cadrul unui sistem de vânzare organizat de către comerciant, care utilizează în mod exclusiv, înainte şi la încheierea acestui contract, una sau mai multe tehnici de comunicaţie la distanţă.
TRANZACŢIE – operaţiunea de plată efectuată de către Utilizator, respectiv încasarea de către Vânzător, a unei sume de bani ca urmare a prestării de către INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L., respectiv achiziţionării de către Utilizator, a unuia sau mai multor produse şi servicii.
CURIER – orice persoană de drept public sau privat care prestează servicii de curierat.
PLASAREA COMENZII / ÎNCHEIEREA CONTRACTULUI
Accesul în vederea efectuării unei Comenzi îi este permis oricărui Client / Cumpărator.
Opţiunile disponibile de plasare a Comenzii sunt prin intermediul inktalesletterpress.com sau prin e-mail la adresa inktalesletterpress@gmail.com.
Prin lansarea unei Comenzi pe Site-ul inktalesletterpress.com, Clientul este de acord cu forma de comunicare (e-mail) prin care INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. îşi derulează operaţiunile pe Website.
Contractul se consideră încheiat între Vânzător şi Client în momentul primirii de către Client de la INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L., prin intermediul poştei electronice a notificării de confirmare a Comenzii. Aşadar, Contractul intră în vigoare la confirmarea Comenzii de către Vânzător.
Vânzătorul nu consideră în nici un moment o comandă neconfirmată ca având valoarea unui Contract.
Toate informaţiile folosite pentru descrierea Produselor şi / sau a Serviciilor disponibile pe Site (imagini statice / dinamice / prezentări multimedia / etc.) nu reprezintă o obligaţie contractuală din partea Vânzătorului, acestea fiind utilizate exclusiv cu titlu de prezentare.
Vânzătorul îşi rezervă dreptul de a decide, în mod unilateral şi fără a preciza motivul, încheierea sau nu a unui contract. Vânzătorul nu are nicio răspundere faţă de Client în situaţia în care refuză să dă curs unei comenzi.
În măsura în care Vânzătorul nu acceptă comanda, dar a fost retrasă suma de bani de la Client, Vânzătorul va proceda la rambursarea acestor sume în cel mai scurt timp.
PREŢUL PRODUSELOR ŞI SERVICIILOR
Toate preţurile aferente Produselor şi / sau Serviciilor afişate pe inktalesletterpress.com sunt exprimate în LEI (RON), dar nu includ costurile de livrare.
Preţurile produselor pot fi modificate / actualizate în orice moment de către INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. fără preaviz.
Preţurile Produselor şi / sau Serviciilor afişate pe site sunt preţurile finale de achiziţie, cu excepţia cazului în care există o eroare evidentă. Cu toate că Vânzătorul are grijă să se asigură Clientul că toate preţurile indicate pe Site sunt corecte, pot apărea erori. Dacă INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. descoperă o eroare de preţ a Produselor şi / sau a Serviciilor din comanda Clientului, va aduce la cunoştinţa Clientului în cel mai scurt timp şi va oferi opţiunea de a reconfirma comanda la preţul corect sau de a o anula.
Promoţiile / ofertele prezente pe Website sunt valabile într-o anumită perioadă de timp şi în limita stocului disponibil.
COSTUL ŞI TERMENUL DE LIVRARE
INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. oferă livrare internaţională.
Livrarea produselor se realizează cu ajutorul firmelor de curierat la adresa de livrare indicată de către Client.
Termenul de livrare al produselor personalizate şi executate la comandă este cuprins între 5 şi 20 zile lucrătoare, incluzând aici şi perioada de producţie şi / sau execuţie a produselor comandate.
Cu toate acestea, pot apărea întârzieri din diverse motive, cum ar fi: personalizarea produselor, apariţia unor circumstanţe neprevăzute sau zona de livrare.
În cazul în care INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. consideră că datorită complexităţii comenzii aceasta nu poate fi executată în termenul menţionat mai sus, Prestatorul va contacta Cumpărătorul în vederea stabilirii de comun acord al unui alt termen de livrare dacă este posibil.
Cumpărătorul va fi anunţat de către Vânzător în momentul când coletul a fost predat serviciului de curierat.
Din momentul expedierii coletului, produsele ar trebui să fie livrate în termen de 1-2 zile lucrătoare pe teritoriul României (cu excepţia zilelor de Sâmbătă, Duminică, sărbători legale şi a perioadelor foarte aglomerate).
Costul operaţiunilor de transport şi livrare pentru fiecare comandă va fi suportat de către Cumpărător.
Costul de livrare pe teritoriul României este de 25 LEI şi livrarea este gratuită la comenzi mai mari de 700 LEI.

Vânzătorul va asigura ambalarea corespunzătoare a Produselor.
Ca urmare a legislaţiei în vigoare, INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. nu îşi asumă nici o responsabilitate în ceea ce priveşte: întârzierile la livrare datorate furnizorului serviciilor de transport; deteriorările, distrugerile, pierderile survenite pe timpul transportului până la destinatar, care cad în sarcina transportatorului.
INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. îşi rezervă toate drepturile de a modifica termenul de livrare.
MODALITATEA DE PLATĂ
Plată online folosind cardul: Plata va putea fi efectuată online cu cardul, în condiţii de siguranţă deplină. Cardurile acceptate la plată sunt cele emise sub siglele VISA şi MASTERCARD.
Nu este perceput niciun comision suplimentar pentru tranzacţii.
Datele cardului de plată ale Clientului / Utilizatorului / Cumpărătorului nu vor fi accesibile Vânzătorului şi nici nu vor fi stocate de către acesta.
Plată prin transfer bancar (ordin de plată): Plata prin ordin de plată se face doar în baza facturii emise de INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L., transmise prin e-mail de către Vânzător.
Procesarea comenzii şi livrarea Produselor şi / sau Serviciilor se va efectua după confirmarea plăţii.
Link2Pay: Plată prin Link2Pay va putea fi efectuată online cu cardul, direct prin linkul primit împreună cu factură. Cardurile acceptate la plată sunt cele emise sub siglele VISA şi MASTERCARD.
Plata produselor personalizate şi executate la comandă se realizează integral în avans, după ce Clientul şi-a dat bunul de tipar.
Plăţile / Tranzacţiile se fac în LEI (RON), la valoarea afişată în LEI (RON), indiferent de metoda de plată.
INFORMAŢII PRIVIND RETURUL PRODUSELOR
Conform legislaţiei în vigoare, renunţarea la cumpărare este aplicabilă doar Clienţilor persoane fizice.
Potrivit legislaţiei în vigoare, Clientul are dreptul să notifice în scris INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L. că renunţă la cumparare, fără penalităţi şi fără invocarea unui motiv, în termen de 14 zile lucrătoare de la primirea produsului.
Costul returnării va fi suportat de către Client / Cumpărător.
Produsele realizate pe comandă specială, personalizate şi executate la comandă după specificaţiile Cumpărătorului nu pot fi returnate.
Conform OUG nr. 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c, produsele confecţionate după specificaţiile prezentate de consumator sau personalizate în mod clar nu pot fi returnate. În cazul în care nu este vorba despre produse personalizate, acestea trebuie returnate în aceeaşi stare, cu etichetele intacte şi împreună cu toate documentele care l-au însoţit (factura, etc.). Produsele returnate trebuie să fie în aceeaşi condiţie ca la primire: fără deteriorări, fără defecte (cu excepţia viciilor ascunse şi exceptând defectele deja semnalate de Cumpărător în corespondenţa cu INK TALES DESIGN S.R.L.
