HOW to ORDER

EXPLORE and SELECT

Browse our Semi-Custom Wedding Collection and select the suite that is in harmony with the unique concept of the big day.

If you love our style but do not see a specific invitation that fits your needs, you can contact us for a fully customised design!

SUBMIT selection

Send us a message regarding your choice by filling out the contact form.

You can personalise our Semi-Custom Wedding Collection by changing the text and the ink colour, and by choosing the type and colour of the paper. You can also select the paper material for the envelope as well as the colour for it. Furthermore, you can add or remove embellishments: envelope liner, wax seal, silk ribbon, fine twine, vellum wrap, belly band, and printed addressing.

For details, please visit our Collection Guide but keep in mind that the layout, the size and the graphics are fixed.

ACCEPT quotation

If you accept our price offer, we will issue an invoice and your order becomes official after receiving the payment.

The value on the invoice will represent 25% of the quoted amount as a design deposit. Please take into account that the design process only begins after we have received the payment.

This deposit is non-refundable and it is required to design a digital version of your order.

DESIGN PROCESS and REVIEW

We will send you the personalised digital proof within 3-5 business days corresponding with the wording you have sent us, with the possibility for 3 revisions.

Because of the nature of letterpress printing, we are not able to send you a physical proof for review, only a digital one.

At this point, you are allowed to make changes to the actual design, within the limit of 3 revisions. An additional fee is applied for any extra revision. Please be aware that we work directly from the wording you send us, so please ensure you double-check for any mistakes/errors. This also helps you to stay within the 3 revisions included.

05/06

APPROVAL and PRODUCTION

The manufacturing process begins after you give us the final approval regarding the digital proof.

We will issue an invoice for the remaining value of the quotation, which has to be paid before the beginning of the 15-20 business day production phase.

Please check your artwork carefully before you give us the final approval. We print your design from the approved digital file, so everything you see in this format will appear on your final product.

No further modification can be made after your final approval.

06/06

DELIVERY

We engage ourselves to pack your order safely and with care so that your beautifully designed and printed invitation suite would arrive in perfect condition.

Please note that you have to pay a shipping fee for the package.

We offer worldwide shipping so feel free to contact us for international shipping rates.
