Letterpress is a traditional printing method where an inked raised surface is pressed into the paper. We use a printing plate that matches the design to transfer the text or image onto the paper with the help of hand-fed antique cast iron platen presses operated by human force. During the printing process the sheets are printed one by one for each colour, so each print becomes unique, unrepeatable and gains a palpable texture.
